Photo Day

Please have your players arrive at the JDF Fieldhouse across from the Q by 12:35 pm.
Players should come with Gear and Jersey - Note that NO Skates, No Neck Guards and No Helmets are required.
There is not a lot of room for players to change safely so ideally they will arrive fully geared.
If you choose to bring your stick, please remove any green tape as it disappears in the backdrop. Your player can borrow a stick for photos on the day if you prefer.
The foyer of the JDF Fieldhouse will be a check in and staging area where we will collect forms and prep kids, then they will go as a team for photos.
Our spot is TENTATIVELY at 12:50 pm, meaning we need to arrive at 12:35 pm. I will update here when confirmed.
***Please give yourself extra time to arrive as there is a soccer tournament plus other events happening this weekend at WSPR.
There is a tight schedule, and we need to have the entire team present and ready to go at 12:50 - not just arriving. If a player is late, they will still get an individual photo, but they may miss their team picture. Please do not be late.
JDF have requested that the Fieldhouse lot is reserved for our exclusive use. There will be volunteers to help regulate traffic and organize the teams. If you feel comfortable you can drop off and park elsewhere. The parking lot will be reserved for the younger age groups and those with limited accessibility.
Forms have been distributed to all families who were at the game yesterday, I will catch up with those of you who were away this weekend at a practice this week to give you your form.
All players must have a form filled out even if they are not ordering from Freeze Frame - this is how JDF tracks the team and individual photos as JDFMHA will purchase the 'memory mate' individual and team photo for each player.
There will be limited extra forms so please either give Laura your form in advance, or bring it with you on the day.
Each team is allotted a 10-minute slot for photos, so please come in proper gear and with forms filled out in order to keep things moving. There will be retakes for those who are unavailable on this date - retake date will be determined later in the season. Retakes are not available for closed eyes, goofy faces or bad hair days.
