Picture Day for JDF!

Everyone loves picture day! Each Player will receive a free individual and team photo.
We will do our best to accommodate all teams schedules.

All teams will receive order envelopes between now and November 4th from your divisional manager. Please have them filled out with payment options, etc.

All players need to have forms filled out even if they are not ordering from Freeze Frame. For separate household families - please complete two separate forms, unless you are paying together on one bill

Managers/Coaches - please collect all completed forms from your team and be ready to hand to volunteers

Each team will be allotted a 10 minute slot for photos, so please come in proper gear and with forms filled out to keep things moving

Please line up all players Tallest to Shortest and sticks held up and close to the chest
Please come in Gear and Jersey... Note there will be no dressing rooms available as there will be games going on for most of the day.
